We have 12 spacious studio units and family units which can comfotably sleep upto 7 people.

Guest facilities include large outdoor seating areas with BBQ, laundry, ski drying room and small in-ground swimming pool, wireless internet in some units.





Located less than 1.5km to town centre. Enjoy a short drive or a pleasant 15minute stroll to the shops, cafes, restaurants and the lake.




Our units are very spacious with superking sized beds in most of the studios and queens in all of the family units, kitchens, Sky TV, telephone and electric blankets, wireless internet in some units.

CONDITIONS AND POLICIES AS FOLLOWS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Accommodation will be paid in full on check-in; any extras to be paid on check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
14 days prior to check-in between 1 Jun and 31 Oct.
7 days prior to check-in between 1 Nov and 31 May.

If you cancel prior to the 7/14 days, there will be no charge. Within the 7/14 days, total accommodation will be charged. However, if we can re-sell the room, we will refund as appropriate.

Please note: check-in is at 2pm and check-out at 10am unless by prior arrangement.

ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING.
One night's accommodation will be charged for smoking in these units.
